We’re officially in build‑mode. Over the past week, we’ve been focused on forming the right teams, aligning roles, and setting up the coordination systems that will keep everything moving smoothly. From defining responsibilities to syncing communication channels, we’re laying the groundwork that will power the next phase of the incubator.
It’s a lot of moving parts, but the energy is high and the collaboration is already taking shape. With the right people stepping into the right positions, we’re setting ourselves up for a strong start—and this is only the beginning.
